Lake County Physical Therapy was founded in 1999 by physical therapists, and is family-owned. Our combination of professionalism and personal care creates a flourishing and comfortable environment for patients. Our success comes from a knowledgeable staff who have a passion for their careers and who care for our patients like family. We have the experience, skill and expertise to get you back to your daily routine and lifestyle. We have two Women’s Health therapists that are APTA certified in Pelvic Floor, two certified Industrial Rehab Specialists, three therapists who specialize in Manual Therapy, and one therapist who specializes in Neurological and Vestibular Rehab.
In addition to our rehabilitation programs, we offer Massage Therapy independent of our Physical Therapy services. This alternative therapy complements our rehabilitation to encourage the best outcomes possible. Because we support injury prevention as well as rehabilitation, we also allow our verified patients to use our gym outside of therapy.
Lake County Physical Therapy has been serving our communities since 1999, offering high-quality, patient-centered therapy and community outreach with presentations and workshops. Our therapists hold special sessions and classes for senior citizens and veterans in our community, and virtual workshops can be accessed on our website under the “Health Tips” tab.
We strongly believe in empowering our patients to manage their own recovery and emphasize home exercise programs. We work with you and communicate with your physician about your condition and progress, so that your entire team is involved in your treatment.
We offer evening and weekend hours to accommodate busy schedules. We participate with most insurance companies and work with patients to make their therapy affordable. Call us with any questions to see how we can best serve you. Book your appointment and allow us to exceed your highest expectations!
